1. Eligibility & Booking Requirements
- Pet declaration required at booking — All pets must be declared before hire.
- Maximum of two pets per motorhome unless agreed in advance.
- No unapproved pets may be brought onboard.
2. Pet Behaviour Expectations
- Pets must be supervised — Never leave pets unattended inside the motorhome.
- No aggressive animals or pets with known behavioural issues.
- Noise control — Excessive barking must be managed to avoid campsite complaints.
3. Cleanliness & Damage Prevention
- Bring your own pet bedding — Pets are not allowed on seats or mattresses.
- Use protective covers if your pet sheds heavily.
- Clean up all pet hair, mud, and mess before returning the vehicle.
- Report any damage caused by pets immediately.
4. Travel Safety
- Pets must be safely restrained while the vehicle is moving (harness, crate, or travel carrier).
- Pets must not obstruct the driver or move freely while driving.
- Ensure adequate ventilation and water during travel.
5. Additional Charges
- Pet cleaning fee may apply if the motorhome is returned with excessive hair, odour, or mess.
- Damage caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Failure to declare pets may result in additional charges.
6. Campsite & Public Area Rules
- Follow campsite pet rules — leash requirements, designated areas, waste disposal.
- Always clean up after your pet.
- Be mindful of other guests and wildlife.
7. We Reserve the Right To Refuse Hire
We may decline bookings involving pets that pose a risk to vehicle condition, safety, or other hirers.
